What support does Hyre Nova provide?
Complete end-to-end support: payroll and HR management, so there's no admin burden on you. Performance monitoring, with daily check-ins during the first 30 days. Onboarding guidance with SOPs and training templates, plus issue resolution. If the fit isn't right, we replace your virtual assistant at no extra cost. We're not just recruiters. We're your long-term workforce partner.
How does the cost compare to hiring locally?
Rates start from USD 8 an hour, depending on the role and experience. For full-time support (40 hours a week), expect about USD 1,280 to 2,880 a month, for talent that would cost USD 4,000 to 7,000 or more locally. The rate covers recruitment, HR support and performance monitoring.
How long does recruitment take?
5 days to 2 weeks, depending on the role. We also keep a database of pre-screened candidates you can review and request for interview right away.
What does Hyre Nova do?
We find and screen remote virtual assistants from the Philippines. We send you a shortlist of 3 to 5 candidates, and you pick who joins your team.
How much does it cost to find a virtual assistant?
There's no cost for us to find your virtual assistant. You only pay once you've chosen a candidate and they start working.
How much does a virtual assistant cost per hour?
Virtual assistants start from USD 8 an hour for general admin work. Specialist roles like sales, appointment setting and executive assistants start from USD 12 an hour. We'll confirm the rate for your role on a call.
Do your virtual assistants know how to use AI?
Yes. We make sure every virtual assistant we place knows how to use AI tools, so work in your business gets done faster. Each candidate's profile shows the AI tools they use, like ChatGPT and Claude, and how strong they are with them.
Is my data safe?
Your virtual assistant uses AI tools only the way you approve, and never puts your confidential data into them without your OK. You also choose who joins from the shortlist, and every shortlisted candidate brings a work sample.
How does the process work?
Book a consultation and tell us what work you want off your desk. We search and screen candidates, send you a shortlist of 3 to 5, and you interview and pick. Your virtual assistant then starts working with you.
Can I hire full time or part time?
Both. Full time is 8 hours a day and part time is 4 hours a day.
What is the refundable deposit?
Before your virtual assistant starts, you pay a refundable deposit of 11 working days at your billing rate. At USD 8 an hour, that's USD 704 full time or USD 352 part time. It's returned after 12 months, or carried over if we replace your virtual assistant.
What if my virtual assistant doesn't work out?
If your virtual assistant isn't performing, isn't reliable, or doesn't show the care and work ethic you expect from a good team member, we'll replace them at no extra cost. We send a new shortlist within 5 to 7 business days, and your deposit carries over.
What if I don't like the first shortlist?
If the first shortlist isn't right, we keep searching until it is.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
There's no lock-in. You give 30 days' notice, and you're billed monthly in arrears for hours actually worked.
